Ingredients
- Chicken 1/2 lb with bones.
- Shallots 3-4 cut thin slice
- Ginger 2 inch peice.
- Garlic cloves 10-15 depends on size.
- Green chillies 4.
- Pepper 1 Tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1Tbsp.
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil 1 Tbsp
- Curry leaves few.
- Wash chicken and keep it
- Grind ginger,garlic,green chilles,pepper,cuminseeds,turmeric powder with 2 Tbsp of water in to paste.
- Marinade chicken with this masala paste and salt and keep for 1 hour or atleast 30 min.
- In a pan pour oil when its hot add onion and curry leaves when its fried add chicken.
- Fry for 3 min and add one cup of water and cook covered for 10 min.
- Fry chicken till water evoporates and curry is dry.
