Ingredients
- Bitter gaurd 3 chopped small peices.
- Onion 1 chopped.
- Green chillies 5 slit.
- Grated coconut one cup.
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dhal 1 tsp.
- Few curry leaves.
- Oil for tempering.
- Salt to taste
- Wash and soak chopped bittergaurd in water mixed with salt for 15 min and squeeze out extra water and keep it aside.
- In a non stick fry pan add oil when its hot add mustard seeds when its splutter add urad dhal and curry leaves.
- Add chopped onion and green chilles.
- Fry till onion is light brown.
- Add bittergaurd fry well with out water till its cooked well.
- Keep stiring once in 2 min.
- Add salt and once bitter gaurd is cooked well add grated coconut.
- Fry for 3 min.
