Soup and juice event


Banana Strawberry smoothie:
In A blender add 1/2 cup of milk,One cup of plain yogurt,2 banana chopped 2 inch and 4-5 starwberries top removed and chopped.1 or 2 TBspoon sugar or honey.Blend all this for 45seconds.You can serve for your Toddler.You can also add vannila essence for flavour



Mushroom Butter soup





Ingredients
1.Button mushrooms 10
2.onion 2tsp
3.garlic pods 2
4.Peper
5.Tommato 2Tsp
6.salt
7.jeera
Method
1.Heat some oil in a pan.
2.put some jeera seeds.
3.now add onions and fry them.
4.Add garlic pods and saute them.
5.now add tommato and fry for 2 min.
6.Add mushroom and fry for 3 min.
7.add peper powder and salt.
8.now add 2 cups of water.
9.keep the pan closed.
10.let it cook for 7 min.
11.switch off the stove
12.now add butter to it.
This dish is ver good for kids.this is a ver healthy soup.we dont add any sauces.it is a healthy soup for kids.
