Pavakkaai pakoda (Bittergaurd pakoda)

Bittergaurd pakoda (Pavakkaai pakoda)
Bittergaurd 2 chop in thin round slice.
Onion finely choped 1/2.
Green chillies 4 finely chopped
Curry leaves chopped 10.
Besan flour 1 cup.
Rice flour 1/4 cup.
Chilli powder 1 tsp.
Gram masala powder 1/2 tsp.
Garlic pods 2 crushed.
Pepper cons 5 crushed(optionla
Salt to taste.
Oil to fry

Making pakodas
Chop bittergaurd and soak in salt water for 15 min to reduces bitterness.
Take a bowl add besan flour, rice flour,salt,Chilli powder,garam masala and mix well.
Warm 1 Tsp of oil ,add bitter gaurd,onion,chilles and curry leaves and crushed garlic,Pepper to this flour mix and add oil and mix well flour must coat bittergaurd.
Sprinkle little amount of water and mix well don't add too much water.
This flour masla should coat bitter gaurd.
Heat oil in pan and deep fry this by adding this pakoda flour as small lumps.
Serve for snacks.
You can also serve as side dish for any type of meal.
