Thair Semiya



Ingredients:


Semiya-1 cup

Curd -2 cups

Mustard seeds

Coriander leaves

red chilli -2

pomegranate seeds

rasins

Cashewnuts



Method





  1. pour some oil in a pan and slightly fry the semiya

  2. now add 2 cups of water and cook it.

  3. take the curd in a bowl

  4. add the cooked semiya to it

  5. Take a pan pour a little oil and put some mustard seeds,red chilli.

  6. After mustard splutters add it to the curd.

  7. Fry the rasins and cashews and add to the mix.

  8. Add pomegaranate seeds,corainder leaves also

  9. Add necessary salt to it.

  10. Tasty thair semiya is ready.
