KIDS SNACKS YOGURT POPS,PANNER PAKODA,SMOOTHIE





































Yogurt pops with berries,



Add one cup of yogurt to a bowl beat it well till smooth now add half cup of chopped berries (strawberries,Blueberries) and beat well now add sugar to taste this mixture should taste with more sugar.



Now pour this mixture in ice mold,and freeze for 5 hours

Now healthy home made fruit pop is ready.
Note :Yogurt should not be sour.
Strawberry and banana smoothie:
In blender add 2 chopped banana.Add 1/2 cup of milk,half cup of plain yougurt,8 chopped strawberries,Add honey or sugar as required.Blend for 45 seconds now you can serve for your toddler.
Note:
For low calorie diet you can add low fat milk and low fat curd.
Serving for under weight toddlers you can add whole milk and full fat yogurt.

RAGI PANNER PAKODA.
Pakkodas are snacks made in india.We used to make pakkodas using gram flour,rice flour..i want to try something healthy and also a good snack. So i just tried .this recipe.....and it really comes good.Ragi is rich in iron and calcium so its good for kids.
Ingredients:
ragi Flour 1 cup
rice Flour 1 TSP
Salt
Oil
Chilli Powder.
Jeera seeds 1/2 tsp
paneer(indian cottage cheese)
Method:
Mix ragi flour and rice flour with waterMake a thick batter of it.Now add salt,chilli powder,jeera seeds.keep the paste aside for 15 min.Cut paneer in to small pieces and mix it with the batter.Now heat oil in a kadai.Take care abt the temperature of the oil.It should not be so hot .The oil should be in a medium heat.Take batter(small size) and fry it in oil.Serve with chutneys or ketchups.Good for an evening snack
