Adai
Ingredients:
Rice-1 cup
toor dal-1/4 cup
channa dal-1/4 cup
urad dal-1/4 cup
moong dal-1/4 cup
Small onions-5
red chilli-5
ginger-1 small piece
Coconut-1 Tsp
jeera seeds-a little
turmeric powder
salt
Method
Soak rice and dals seperately for 4 to 6 hours.
Grind them coarsely along with onions,red chilli,ginger,coconut,jeera.
Mix turmeric powder,salt.
Now take a dosa pan.
pour a spoon of mix.
Spread it.
Sprinkle oil over it.
Wait till it is cooked.
Super adai is ready.
We want a side dish for this super adai..right??it will be surely avial.

Ingredients
Bean-10
carrot-2
Drumstick-1
Pumpkin-a small piece
plantain-1/2
Coconut-4 Tsp
green chillies-3
jeera-1/2 Tsp
curd
Method
Grind coconut,green chillies,jeera into coarse mixture.
cook all the veggies seperately.
take a pan ,pour some oil.
Add mustard seeds.
now add the grounded mixture.
Fry for 2 min.
Then add the veggies.
Mix it well.
When the raw smell goes away ,add 2 spoons of coconut oil.
Keep it for another 5 min.
Switch off the stove.
Let it cool.
now add 4 Tsp of curd.
Mix it well.
Serve it hot Adai.It will be really good breakfast.
