Ingredients:
- One cup Raw rice.
- 1/4 cup moon dhal.
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
- one tsp cumin seeds.
- one tsp Mustard seeds
- Urad dhal few
- Channa dhal few.
- 15 pepper cons.
- one inch ginger skin peeled and finely chopped.
- Curry leaves 4.
- Cashew nuts 8-10
- One Tbs of ghee
Method
- pressure cook rice and dhall with water,salt and turmeric powder, rice and dhal must be over boiled
- Now heat ghee and fry cashew take cashew and keep it .
- In ghee add ginger and fry well till light brown,Add mustard seeds,Cumin seeds,Pepper,urad dhal,Channa dhal, fry well add curry leaves.
- Add this mixure with ghee to cooked rice and dhal.
- Mix well add cashews.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
