- Regular Oats one and half cup.
- Idly or dosa batter one cup.
- Carrot grated half cup.
- 2 or 3 green chillies
- cilantro Leaves few.
- Soak oats in water for 15 mins
- Grind oats in blender adding little water till smooth.
- In a bowl add oats batter and add dosa batter and add salt mix well.
- Now add gratted carrot ,finely chopped green chillies,cilantro leaves and mix well.
- Keep batter for 5 min check consistency it should be like dosa batter consistency.
- Heat tawa(non stick) and pour one and half laddle of batter and spread as you do for dosa.
- Pour 1/2 tsp of oil wait till tht side became light brown.
- Flip dosa and make other side to cook.
Take dosa and serve hot with onion chutney.Hope you all like it.
