Red Chillies -2
Take oil in a pan.Heat it for 2 min.Now add mustard seeds and wait till it splutters.
then add cumin seeds and red chillies.
Now add onion and saute for 2 min.
then add spinach and cook it for 5 min.
Switch off the stove and allow the spinach to cool.
Take curd in a bowl.Add Spinach to it.Add the required salt and mix it well.
Healthy Spinach Salad is ready.
