Pakkodas are snacks made in india.We used to make pakkodas using gram flour,rice flour..i want to try something healthy and also a good snack.
So i just tried .this recipe.....and it really comes good.
Ingredients:
ragi Flour 1 cup
rice Flour 1 TSP
Salt
Oil
Chilli Powder.
jeera seeds 1/2 tsp
paneer(indian cottage cheese)
Method:
Mix ragi flour and rice flour with water
Make a thick batter of it.
Now add salt,chilli powder,jeera seeds.
keep the paste aside for 15 min.
Cut paneer in to small pieces and mix it with the batter.
Now heat oil in a kadai.
Take care abt the temperature of the oil.
It should not be so hot .
The oil should be in a medium heat.
Take batter(small size) and fry it in oil.
Serve with chutneys or ketchups.
Good for an evening snack
