Spinach masala rice


Ingredients:

Spinach
Onion-1
Tommato-1
Green chilli-1
Ginger,garlic paste.
Chilli powder-1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder-1 Tsp
Garam Masala- 1/2 Tsp.
Basmathi rice-1 cup

Method

1.use a Microwave Safe bowl for cooking.
1.Pour oil in the bowl and heat it ,for 30 sec in High power.
3.Put some mustard seeds ,keep in oven for 30 sec.
4.let it splutters.
5.Now add onions ,mix well and cook for 2 min.Then add ginger garlic paste ,saute well.
6.Next add tommatoes,green chilli and mix well ..then cook for another 2 min.
7.Now add all the powders and mix well.
8.cook it for another 1 min.
9.Next add spinach and cook for another 2 min.
10.finally add Rice and water (1 and half cup water)with this mixture,mint leaves,coriander leaves,and check for salt.close the bowl tightly.
11.cook for another 15 min(Depends on your rice).
12.standing time is 5 minutes.
13.remove from the oven and add little ghee.
14.serve it with raita,chips.
