- Get them involved in your cooking and ask your kid to choose Veggies from a list of veggies.
- If your don't like fruits you take them to nearby farmers market or to nearby farm for fruit picking .They will get Interest in fruits.
- If you kids don't like to take fruits as such you can try giving them as fresh home made smoothies and juices.
- You can add fruits in pancakes.
Fruit smoothie Receipe
Banana Strawberry smoothie:
In A blender add 1/2 cup of milk,One cup of plain yogurt,2 banana chopped 2 inch and 4-5 starwberries top removed and chopped.1 or 2 TBspoon sugar or honey.Blend all this for 45seconds.You can serve for your Toddler.You can also add vannila essence for flavour.
Banana vannila smoothies:
In blender add 2 scoop of vannila ice cream.Add 1/2 cup of milk.Add 2 chopped banana,Add honey.Blend for 45 seconds now you can serve for your toddler.
Note:
For low calorie diet you can add low fat milk and low fat curd.
Serving for under weight toddlers you can add whole milk and full fat yogurt.
