Healthy Zucchini Raita

The zucchini vegetable is low in calories and contains good amount of folate,potassium and Vitamin A.We can have a healthy raita using it.


1.Zucchini - one grated.
2.Curd -one and half cup (low fat or no fat curd for low calories diet). chilli -1

Grate zuccini .
Beat curd with spoon and add zuccini to the curd
Add finely chopped green chilli,salt and cilantro to it
.Serve with paratha or with spicy briyani.
